About the Role Positioned as a key operational support staff member and 2iC for pallet control, you will manage crucial administrative duties, maintain accurate warehouse records, and serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries. This full-time day shift role (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) offers an immediate start and a clear path for ongoing career stability, transitioning into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the dispatch window and assisting transport/warehouse personnel

• Delivering high-quality customer service via phone and email

• Utilizing SAP (WMS) to track inventory, process orders, and manage data

• Overseeing pallet control and reconciliations as 2iC

• Generating accurate operational and customer reports

• Handling general office administration and document management

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar warehouse admin, dispatch, or logistics role

• Strong proficiency with SAP or demonstrated experience utilising a WMS

• Exposure to pallet management systems and reporting processes

• Exceptional organisational skills with precise attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Position Requirements

• Ability to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check

• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test

• Immediate availability for an ASAP start
