What you'll be doing:
  
As our Manufacturing Improvement Lead, you will work across our site to improve how we operate, support our people and turn good ideas into practical improvements by:  

• Leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Analysing production performance and identifying improvement opportunities
• Solving operational challenges using data and practical problem-solving
• Improving workflow, efficiency and labour productivity
• Working closely with production teams to reduce downtime
• Supporting safety, quality and operational excellence
• Coaching and developing production employees
• Leading improvement projects from concept through to implementation

No two days will be the same, and you will have genuine ownership of projects that create a real difference in the performance of our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications or experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:  

• Process, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Studies
• Business or Management studies
• Leadership and Safety experience  
• Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and leadership potential
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn
