Personal Care Worker

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We are currently seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team at Braemar House Aged Care Facility on a Part-time basis.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day-to-day activities.

What you’ll bring

Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following:

• Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Evidence of Influenza vaccination, and
• Full working rights in Australia.
