With our current Head Chef stepping into a newly created Group Culinary Leadership role and the launch of F3 Sports.Social, we're expanding our culinary leadership team and looking for two experienced Senior Sous Chefs who are ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Opportunity

Working across Wharf One Food & Wine and our exciting new venue F3 Sports.Social, you'll become an important part of our culinary leadership team.

Our interconnected kitchens provide variety, scale and the opportunity to work across two very different concepts from one of Darwin's busiest waterfront restaurants to an exciting new sports and social venue.

You'll work alongside experienced leaders who genuinely value collaboration and encourage fresh thinking.

Whether that's improving systems, developing junior chefs, identifying new food trends or creating memorable guest experiences, your ideas will be welcomed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading service across busy restaurant and functions operations
• Supporting and mentoring an experienced kitchen team
• Delivering consistently high food standards
• Assisting with menu development and seasonal improvements
• Driving kitchen efficiency and continuous improvement
• Supporting weddings, corporate events and large-scale functions
• Working closely with the Executive Chef to help shape what's next
• Building a positive kitchen culture where people enjoy coming to work

• Leads with positivity, professionalism and respect
• Thrives in busy, high-volume kitchens
• Enjoys mentoring and developing people
• Is commercially aware and understands kitchen performance
• Is curious about food trends and changing customer expectations
• Looks for solutions, not problems
• Wants to be part of a business that continues to evolve
• Takes pride in delivering consistently great food every service

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or experienced Sous Chef
• Strong Australian restaurant experience
• Commercial Cookery qualification
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
