Purpose of This Role:
As a Warehouse Associate (Perth Duty Free at the International Airport), you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our local warehouse, overseeing tasks ranging from receiving and storing goods to preparing deliveries for our terminals and shops. Your attention to detail and commitment to following procedures will ensure that our inventory remains accurate and that products are handled with care.

Responsibilities:

• Control the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.

• Execute inventory management routines and monitor product expiry dates, adhering to security and health and safety protocols.

• Prepare delivery orders and organize shipments to terminals and shops, including testers, tastings and gifts with purchase.

• Coordinate returns, damaged product storage, and goods transfers between the warehouse and shops.

• Assist with the arrival and accommodation of new orders, supporting the Stock Manager as needed.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist in opening and closing routines.
  

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar logistics role with knowledge of warehouse procedures.

• Background in transport and warehousing preferred.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform warehouse maintenance tasks.

• Comfortable with manual handling, including carrying boxes.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Process driven Warehouse experience in the retail industry is preferred.
