We're looking for an experienced Diploma-qualified Educator who loves variety, enjoys building relationships across the whole service, and thrives in a role where every day is different.

As our Float Educator, you'll support our beautiful 111-place centre while making a genuine impact across all age groups.

Operating from 7:00am – 6:00pm, our service features natural play spaces, light-filled learning environments and quality resources designed to inspire both children and educators.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support children across the service through meaningful play and learning
• Create engaging experiences that spark curiosity and confidence
• Build strong relationships with children, families and your fellow educators
• Step into different rooms to support the team where needed
• Bring positivity, flexibility and a passion for early learning every day

What You'll Bring:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional approach and genuine passion for early education
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor within early childhood
