About the role

Are you an inspiring sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and driving commercial success?

As Head of Sales Touring, you will play a critical role in leading the Touring sales division, driving revenue growth, developing team capability, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Touring business as it continues its growth journey and evolves into a standalone division. You'll work closely with senior leaders to influence strategy, enhance performance, and create a customer-focused sales culture that delivers results.

What'll you'll do:

Lead, coach, and develop the Touring sales team to achieve targets and build a high-performance culture.
Drive sales performance against budgets, KPIs, conversion targets, and revenue goals.
Develop Touring product expertise within the team to enhance customer outcomes and sales conversion.
Analyse sales performance data and implement strategies to improve productivity, conversion, and profitability.
Manage the allocation of Touring enquiries to maximise sales opportunities and customer experience.
Partner with the GM to shape the future structure and capability of the Touring Sales and After Sales functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the growth of My Touring as a standalone division.
Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems, and team structures that support long-term growth.

Who you are:

Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Demonstrated success achieving sales targets, budgets, and key performance indicators.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities.
Experience developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Experience managing customer enquiry pipelines and sales operations.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and business outcomes.
