About the Role

We’re currently looking for motivated Electrical Fitters / Switchboard Electricians to join our growing Central Coast team.

This is a factory-based position.

You’ll be building and wiring custom low voltage switchboards for commercial and industrial projects, working alongside an experienced team in a busy manufacturing environment that values quality, reliability and teamwork.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Wiring and fitting electrical switchboards

• Installing electrical components and equipment

• Reading and working from technical drawings and layouts

• Busbar assembly and control wiring

• Testing completed boards prior to dispatch

• Assisting with production deadlines and workflow

• Maintaining workshop cleanliness and safe work practices

What We Are Looking For

• Electrical trade qualification or relevant industry experience

• Previous switchboard manufacturing experience preferred

• Confidence reading electrical schematics and layouts

• Good hand skills and experience with workshop tools

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
