About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our end-to-end payroll function across Lush's Australian and Aotearoa (New Zealand) entities.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining payroll expertise, inspiring people leadership, compliance, financial integrity and continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional payroll service across the business.

You’ll lead and develop a talented payroll team, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time and in line with legislation, awards and internal requirements within our Retail and Manufacturing entities. You’ll also be the go-to person for complex payroll matters, providing calm and practical leadership when things get busy or challenging.

Beyond keeping the payroll engine running, you’ll have the opportunity to improve systems and processes and create a more seamless experience for our people.
