About the role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Foreperson / Site Supervisor to join our Perth team on a full-time basis.
The Role
Supervise residential apartment and commercial projects
Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors
Oversee set-out, drywall framing, fixing, flushing and external cladding works
Manage daily site activities, programme, quality, and safety
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site requirements
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Maintain a safe, organised, and productive site
What You’ll Need
Previous experience as a Foreperson, Site Supervisor, or Leading Hand
Experience in drywall framing, fixing, flushing and cladding
Residential apartment and commercial construction experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Good understanding of construction, quality, and safety requirements
Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach
Great opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand ready to step up, or an established Site Supervisor looking for a long-term opportunity.
