As we continue to grow, we're bringing our IT function in-house for the first time. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced IT leader to build and shape technology across the business.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll lead the strategy, security and day-to-day management of IT, partnering with leaders across the organisation to deliver secure, reliable and innovative technology that supports our people, our venues and our future growth.

• Take ownership of our Square for Restaurants POS operations, refining and stabilising them across all venues - an early priority for this role.
