WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Regional Community Nursing Casual Pool and make a meaningful difference to clients across a range of community health programs. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in areas such as post-acute care, palliative and end-of-life support, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Community Home Link, Rapid Intensive Brokerage Service, and the Transition Care Program.

This role is essential to supporting a 7-day, out-of-hours service, ensuring timely care for clients and helping maintain continuity across our programs. The Casual Pool has opportunities across Tanunda, Adelaide Hills and Southern Fleurieu/Kangaroo Island,  giving you the flexibility to work in communities you enjoy while supporting clients while supporting clients to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

• You will need to be immunised. Please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries.  Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy. Further information is in the application for to help guide you. 
• You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
• You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse/Midwife within our organisation.
