About the role
We are currently seeking a Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our site operations. This role would suit a highly organised person who enjoys keeping jobs moving, coordinating with multiple teams, and helping construction projects stay on track from planning through to delivery.
About WCCI
WCCI is a family-owned company operating since 2000, proudly supporting commercial joinery and construction projects across Australia. As the Australian distributor for Maica and Fundermax compact laminates, and through our Aqualoo and Cut-to-Size product ranges, we deliver tailored solutions to meet our clients’ specifications. With distributors in SA, NSW, VIC, and QLD, we are known for prompt turnaround times, reliable service, and helping our clients keep their build programs moving.
About the Role
As our Scheduler, you’ll be at the centre of day-to-day planning, developing and maintaining work schedules that keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, site contacts, and external stakeholders, monitor job progress, and help identify potential delays early so the right people can act before delivery is impacted.
· Create, manage, and update work schedules across multiple jobs, including resource planning and deadlines
· Monitor job progress and keep schedules accurate as priorities shift
· Liaise with team leaders, departments, and site contacts to coordinate workloads
· Communicate scheduling changes clearly across internal teams and with clients
· Identify potential delays early and assist with practical contingency planning
· Maintain accurate scheduling records and prepare basic reports to support project visibility
About You
· Experience in scheduling, planning, coordination, or similar project support roles
· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
· Clear, confident communication skills with both internal teams and clients
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction or manufacturing environment
· Experience using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, or similar tools
· Building/construction, joinery, or trade-related industry experience preferred
If you’re ready to bring structure, momentum, and problem-solving energy to a busy customer-focused team, we’d love to hear from you!
Please send your application to hr@wcci.com.au. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Good luck with your application!
