Who you are

If you are a critical care nurse and you’re looking for a career change, you have come to the right place. 

We are currently offering positions for critical care nurses with a minimum of two years critical care nursing experience and ideally with postgraduate critical care qualification to work with us

Our clients have the same staff on a regular basis as they are extremely vulnerable. This means if you are looking for agency work and you want to come and go, this may not be the right fit for you as we’re looking to engage with you on a long-term basis and our clients also want to engage with you on a long-term basis.

If you have a minimum of two years ICU/PICU experience and a critical care certificate(or equivalent) and you want to join a dynamic and progressive team of forward thinking ICU/PICU nurses and you think you have what it takes to provide our clients with the quality of life/quality of end of life at home instead of intensive care you have come to the right place.

Supported by a clinical liaison nurse/ educator and a team of senior ICU/PICU nurses with hundreds of years ICU/PICU experience combined, we are delighted to hear from you if you have 

·       A minimum of two years ICU/PICU experience

·       Post-graduate critical care certificate or equivalent 

·       A “can-do” attitude

·       High level of self-awareness

·       Can work independently and as part of a team

·       Excellent clinical judgement

·       Excellent communication skills
