About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Ingleburn.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service or call centre environments who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer service
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide product and order-related information to customers
• Proactively assist customers with delivery updates, stock availability, and lead times
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and returns promptly
• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and communication
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information in SAP and CRM systems
• Liaise with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

About You

You are a customer service professional who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences.

To be successful, you will have:

• 3-5 years' experience in a customer service, contact centre, or call centre role
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of customer enquiries across multiple channels
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues confidently
• Excellent attention to detail and experience managing customer orders
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using SAP, CRM systems, or other customer management platforms (highly regarded)
• A positive attitude, strong team focus, and commitment to customer satisfaction
