The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate who is eager to build upon their skill set and join a successful team.

Based at our head office in Perth, you will be responsible for the accounts receivable function within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Payment receipting and allocations

·        Resolution of debtors account queries

·        Prompt follow up with customers to ensure payments are received within terms

·        Providing regular reporting on debtor collections

·        Process customer credits

·        Assist with customer cash payment processing

·        Monthly statements

·        Assist finance team as required

Essential Criteria:

·        Minimum 2 year’s Accounts Receivable experience covering responsibilities above

·        Basic Microsoft Excel skills

·        Strong, professional communication skills to maintain positive customer relationships

·        Excellent attention to detail

·        A positive and proactive approach to work

Desirable Criteria:

·        Transport industry exposure

·        Microsoft Dynamics experience
