Job Description

This is a hands-on role for an experienced automotive administration professional who enjoys being at the centre of the action. Working closely with Sales Managers, Buyers and dealership teams, you’ll ensure every vehicle transaction is accurate, efficient, financially sound and fully compliant.

Qualifications

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in automotive dealership administration is essential.
• Strong knowledge of New South Wales vehicle registration, transfers and compliance processes.
• Experience with Eclipse or a similar dealership management system.
• Strong understanding of vehicle settlements, stock control and financial administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with Sales, Buyers, Finance, customers and external authorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
