Are you a high performing territory manager, sales representative or retail professional looking for your next opportunity? McPherson’s is home to some of Australia’s favourite health and beauty brands including Lady Jayne, Manicare, Swisspers, Fusion Health, and Dr. LeWinn’s.

We’re looking for a driven Territory Manager/Sales Representative that is looking to take the next step as a Business Development Manager to help us grow these brands where it matters in pharmacies across theSunshine Coast area (including regional travel up to Rockhampton) .

What you’ll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of high‑potentia retail partners
• Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
• Execute the “Perfect Store” model – from planograms to displays and POS activation
• Build strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
• Capture and share competitor insights and on-the-ground opportunities
• Report on store-level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game

About you

• 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful & experience is preferred)
• Track record of meeting or tracking sales targets
• Strong relationship-builder with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Able to travel across your territory
