About the role 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Assistant to join our valued and successful Bedshed Joondalup company store team, in a casual position. Passionate about customer service, we are looking for a conscientious team member who can contribute to the ongoing success of the store. 
In this role you will be determining customer’s needs and managing their expectations through high-quality service and expert product knowledge. This involves listening closely and understanding their questions, sourcing appropriate stock (in store or via delivery) and closing the point of sale with a satisfied customer. 
You will also work on maintaining an inviting and inspiring store presentation, including updating, rotating and ticketing stock, to ensure ease of access for customers and optimum sales at all times. 

About you

Friendly, patient and approachable, you are a known as a cooperative team player. You thrive in harmonious environments where you can work closely with others to build and maintain positive relationships. 
With a great eye for detail, you ensure all aspects of the sale are handled quickly, correctly and efficiently. You are quick to absorb new information and you work consistently to achieve your goals. 
Most importantly, you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn. 

What else

Flexibility with availability and working hours is essential as weekend and public holiday work will be required.
