About the Role
The Product Marketing and Communications Coordinator reports to the Product Marketing Manager, Innovation & Enterprise and Research, and coordinates the delivery of integrated marketing, communications and digital content initiatives across these portfolios. The role supports the promotion and growth of Swinburne’s research, innovation, enterprise and industry engagement activities, working closely with portfolio stakeholders to develop engaging and customer-focused marketing and communications.
Working under general direction, the position coordinates go-to-market activities for new and existing products, services and initiatives, including campaign planning, content development, digital marketing, website management, creative production, stakeholder engagement and performance reporting.
The role works collaboratively with specialist marketing teams, researchers, academics, business units and external partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that build awareness, engagement and demand, and support Swinburne’s strategic priorities.
