Tax Advisor

The Opportunity
We are growing our Tax Advisory capability and are seeking an experienced tax professional to join our nationally integrated Tax Advisory team.
  
You’ll work with some of Australia’s most successful families, family businesses and private groups, providing tax advisory and compliance services and working closely with colleagues across the business.
  
This is an opportunity to join a growing team, build trusted client relationships and contribute to the continued development of our Tax Advisory offering. The role offers broad exposure across tax advisory and compliance, with opportunities to take on client and team responsibilities appropriate to the level of appointment.
  
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

• Deliver tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth families, family businesses, trusts and private groups.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide practical, commercially focused advice.
• Work collaboratively with our national Tax Advisory and Family Office teams.
• Contribute to complex advisory matters and broader client projects.
• Support the continued growth and development of the Tax Advisory team.
• Depending on your experience, contribute to team leadership, client development and new opportunities.

About You
You are an experienced tax professional who combines strong technical capability with commercial judgement and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
  
You’ll likely bring:

• Experience at Manager, Senior Manager or Director level within tax advisory, accounting, law or a multidisciplinary professional services environment.
• Strong tax advisory and compliance experience.
• Experience working with private clients, families, businesses or complex structures.
• Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in working across disciplines.
• Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications.

We are open to different backgrounds and levels of experience. You may be an established Manager ready for greater scope, a Senior Manager looking for the next step, or a Director seeking a broader role within a growing Tax Advisory practice.
