Optimum Health Solutions is looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist with advanced expertise in neurological conditions, dysphagia and voice to join our team as a Clinical Lead.

This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with mentorship, education and leadership, helping to elevate clinical standards and develop the next generation of Speech Pathologists across our organisation.

With more than 20 years of excellence in Allied Health, 14 clinics across NSW and Tasmania, and a team of over 200 professionals, Optimum Health Solutions is one of Australia's leading multidisciplinary healthcare providers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead clinical excellence in neurological conditions, dysphagia and voice disorders
• Provide specialist mentoring and supervision to Speech Pathologists across the organisation
• Develop and deliver professional development programs and clinical education initiatives
• Present workshops and training sessions to clinicians
• Support evidence-based practice and clinical innovation
• Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 24 hours per week
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding client outcomes

 
About You
You are an experienced Speech Pathologist who is passionate about developing clinicians and improving clinical practice standards.

To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
• Extensive experience working with neurological conditions, dysphagia and voice disorders
• Advanced assessment and intervention skills
• Experience mentoring, supervising or educating clinicians
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current SPA membership and relevant registrations
