What You'll Do

• Lead the breakfast service ensuring high quality fresh meals are ready for the community
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence by actively listening to resident feedback, respecting preferences, and showing patience with those experiencing cognitive decline.
• Apply practical problem-solving to adapt meals seamlessly for resident dietary needs or food refusal, maintaining smooth service.
• Manage the morning kitchen setup and production with total efficiency and speed
• Maintain elite food safety and hygiene standards during the busy breakfast window
• Provide warm and professional service to residents and staff to start their day right
• Assist with morning prep and stock rotation to set the kitchen up for success

• A reliable self starter who never misses an alarm and takes pride in being punctual
• Someone who can handle high volume breakfast orders while maintaining calm and quality
