Lead and manage tenant relations across a significant portfolio of parkland properties for Greater Sydney Parklands, providing expert property advice and driving strategies that activate the parklands, optimise asset performance and maximise sustainable returns. This role works across a diverse portfolio of leased assets and property initiatives, balancing commercial outcomes with customer service, governance, risk management, compliance and long-term public value.

The role balances complex tenant requirements in a parkland setting whilst overseeing property budgets, reporting, and stakeholder negotiations. The role requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities across a growing and high-profile parkland portfolio.
