The role  
Lead and manage tenant relations across a significant portfolio of parkland properties for Greater Sydney Parklands, providing expert property advice and driving strategies that activate the parklands, optimise asset performance and maximise sustainable returns. This role works across a diverse portfolio of leased assets and property initiatives, balancing commercial outcomes with customer service, governance, risk management, compliance and long-term public value.

You will lead a small team and work closely with a variety of tenants alongside consultants, government agencies, service providers and internal stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose property portfolio management solutions. The role balances complex tenant requirements in a parkland setting whilst overseeing property budgets, reporting, and stakeholder negotiations. The role requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities across a growing and high-profile parkland portfolio.

What you will bring to the role  

• Senior leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team, set clear priorities and support a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
• Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience building partnerships, influencing outcomes and managing complex or sensitive negotiations with tenants, agencies and external partners.
• A strong understanding of portfolio performance, tenant engagement, commercial outcomes and lease compliance.
• Strong financial, project management and analytical capability, with experience preparing budgets, business plans, reports and advice to support sound decision-making and delivery of portfolio objectives.
• A proactive, resilient and commercially astute approach, with the ability to manage risk, navigate ambiguity, solve problems and deliver high-quality outcomes within government policy and governance frameworks.

You will be required to travel between Greater Sydney Parklands sites across the Sydney metropolitan area.


What is an essential requirement:

• Extensive experience in property management and development, asset and/or project management and leasing.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
