The opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Officer to join the Fire Ecology & Preparedness team,who deliver strategic on-ground projects to improve the condition of South East Queensland’s environment. The Environmental Project Officer is responsible for implementing contracted project activities related to fire ecology and planning. This includes organising stakeholder and landholder workshops, contributing to fire planning, and participating in fire ecology research initiatives. The Environmental Project Officer reports directly to the Team Lead and is a full-time role, offered as a 18-months contract.
