About the role
Develop your career with Sunshine Coast Health in southeast Queensland which extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.
We're excited to welcome a Senior Psychologist to our Women's and Children's Services Allied Health team.

Our vision is to provide contemporary, multidisciplinary evidence based allied health services and models of care to deliver tertiary services within the Women's and Children's (WCS) Allied Health team. This multidisciplinary team offers a range of inpatient and outpatient services for children and families within the region. Key areas for Psychology within the paediatric hospital setting can include chronic health conditions such as diabetes, oncology, continence, feeding, functional illnesses and medical anxiety.
Deliver Psychology clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health, in accordance with the goals, policies and requirements of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).
Key responsibilities include:
Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $157 359 p.a., comprising salary rates: $64.64 - $69.55 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed term temporary part time position available for 12 months, 38 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
