Expression of Interest - FIFO Village Managers

TCLH is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Village Managers for potential upcoming opportunities in NSW.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking to connect with talented operational leaders who know how to run high-performing village, accommodation, hospitality, or facilities operations.

These roles will be FIFO ex Sydney and Canberra.

The Opportunity

As a Village Manager with TCLH, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of village operations, bringing together people leadership, hospitality, accommodation, food services, safety, and client relationships.

You’ll be visible, hands-on, and commercially aware, setting the standard for your team while ensuring residents and clients receive a consistently high-quality experience.

We’re particularly interested in hearing from leaders with experience across:

• Remote village, accommodation or hospitality operations

• Facilities or integrated services environments

• Leading multidisciplinary teams

• Client and stakeholder relationship management

• Food service and accommodation delivery

• Safety, compliance and operational standards

• Budgeting, cost control and commercial performance

• Mobilisations, new-site openings or operational start-ups

About You

You’re an experienced operational leader who is comfortable taking ownership.

You know that great village management is about more than keeping an operation running — it’s about building a strong team, maintaining high standards and creating an experience that residents and clients value.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in remote village management, hospitality, accommodation, facilities management or a similar operational environment

• Strong people leadership and team-development capability

• Excellent client and stakeholder communication skills

• A practical, solutions-focused approach

• Strong safety and compliance awareness

• Commercial acumen and an understanding of operational budgets and cost control

• The ability to establish culture, standards and operating rhythm in a new or evolving environment
