As part of our kitchen team, you’ll help deliver consistently high-quality food and memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll work alongside a passionate hospitality team across a busy and diverse operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes

• Supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and presentation standards

• Assisting with preparation, service and kitchen organisation

• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and hospitality team

• Maintaining consistency during high-volume service periods

• Contributing to a positive, professional and respectful kitchen culture

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a commercial kitchen

• Is passionate about food and hospitality

• Thrives in a busy, hands-on environment

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills

• Takes pride in quality, consistency and presentation

• Understands food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements

• Is flexible across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

• Is ready to embrace the unique experience of working on an island
