The role
Join a team that helps build a strong risk-aware culture across the Department. You'll provide practical risk advice and support risk reviews and workshops. You’ll coordinate and support reporting for Committees and Executives. This role also helps teams strengthen their control environments and confidently manage risk to support better outcomes for communities across NSW.
You'll coordinate risk training and capability uplift initiatives that build risk maturity across the organisation. Working with stakeholders from a range of business areas, you'll support continuous improvement of the risk framework, maintain risk systems and resources, and deliver reporting and insights that inform decision-making.
