• $90K + Super + $15K car allowance

The Role

This is a field-based leadership role for an experienced operations professional who knows how to drive performance across multiple cleaning sites. You will lead frontline teams, maintain service standards, and build strong client relationships across Victoria, including Glen Waverley, Moorabbin, Dandenong, Frankston and Mornington Peninsula. Frequent travel is a core part of the role.

You will take ownership of day-to-day service delivery, people leadership, site performance, and client satisfaction across your portfolio. Success in this role requires a strong background in commercial cleaning operations, the ability to lead and develop teams, confidence managing budgets and costs, and the judgement to respond quickly to operational issues while maintaining excellent service outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and support cleaning teams across multiple sites to deliver consistent service standards

• Act as the primary operational contact for clients and build trusted working relationships

• Manage team performance, training, rostering, and day-to-day people matters

• Conduct regular site audits and implement corrective actions where required

• Coordinate periodic works, extra works, and service adjustments in line with client requirements

• Monitor budgets, labour usage, consumables, and operational costs across your portfolio

• Liaise with suppliers and support the timely ordering of equipment and consumables

• Ensure invoicing for additional and in-contract works is accurate and completed on time

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience leading operations or service delivery teams in commercial cleaning

• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop frontline teams

• Experience managing site standards, audits, compliance, and service quality

• Commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and labour management

• Excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills

• A high level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail

• A reliable car is essential

• A Working with Children Check and National Criminal History check (within the last 3 months) are essential.
