Trade Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and wants to develop their skills within a dynamic trade environment.

As a Trade Assistant, you will support qualified tradespeople with day-to-day operations, assist with installations, maintenance and repairs, prepare materials and tools, and help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

• Assist tradespeople with installation, maintenance, repair, and construction tasks.

• Prepare, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.

• Perform general labouring and site support duties.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Load and unload materials and equipment.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

• Assist with stock control and inventory management.

• Complete basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
  

• Previous experience as a Trade Assistant, Labourer, or similar role.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• 3 Months trial Period.

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

• Full working rights in Australia.

• White Card.

• First Aid Certificate.

• Experience in Plumbing, construction, manufacturing, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or HVAC industries.
