Senior Administration Manager

This is a great opportunity to join one of Melbourne’s leading providers of financial advice & Accounting services offering solutions for a diverse range of private clients.  Working within a friendly & supportive administration team you will provide leadership & mentoring to the overseas team as well as a small team based in the Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help support ASIC & ATO client document administration 
• Oversee & lead the administrative team
• Help Maintain client database

Knowledge and experience:

• Experience as an Administrator or Client Services Coordinator in a Public Practice Firm is essential.  
• Experience managing/mentoring a team 
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
