About the role
Lumus Imaging is seeking a Medical Imaging Assistant to join their dynamic healthcare team. This position offers professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment that fosters personal and career growth. We offer both casual and part-time opportunities, with a range of shift across morning and evenings, 7 days a week.

What you'll get to do

Assist technical staff in asking patients critical questions and obtaining their medical history Assist in preparing and positioning patients undergoing MRI, CT and ultrasound examinations Work collaboratively with the radiography team to deliver exceptional patient care Contribute to the growth of a thriving medical practice

Skills and Experience

Ability to work in a team environment, within a hospital environment Empathetic and clear communication skills Availability for extended trading hours and weekends Ability to assist patients with additional needs Keen interest in medical imaging, with students of Radiography encouraged to apply Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth of a thriving medical practice
