Coordinator - Maintenance Planner and Scheduler (Part-time or Full-time)

LMS Energy is at the forefront of emissions reduction and renewable fuel innovation across Australia. We are currently recruiting for a full-time or part-time Coordinator - Maintenance Planner and Scheduler located in Unley, SA.

Reporting directly to Group Leader - Assets and Maintenance, this role will play a key role in enabling the Operations team to deliver on key objectives through effective support and collaboration.

The Coordinator – Maintenance Planner and Scheduler delivers centralised planning and scheduling to support safe, efficient, and well-coordinated maintenance and operations across LMS assets. The role improves reliability and productivity through effective planning, CMMS (Maximo) management, and analysis of equipment performance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver integrated planning and scheduling services across Asset Management and Operations, ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
• Proactively coordinate labour, materials, services, and asset access to minimise delays and maximise efficiency.
• Develop and maintain schedules, balancing planned, ad-hoc, and emergency work.
• Ensure work orders, job plans, CMMS data, and asset registers are accurate, compliant, and maintained to high standards.
• Allocate work, integrate projects into operations, and coordinate services to drive utilisation, reliability, and performance outcomes.

Requirements:

• Post graduate qualification in Asset and Maintenance Management (desirable)
• Advanced CMMS (Maximo) capability
• 5+ years relevant work experience
• Australian Drivers Licence
