About the RoleWe are seeking an Industrial A Grade Electrician to support our projects and client operations across a range of industrial environments.
Reporting to the Electrical Services Manager, you will play a key role in delivering electrical services across project and service work, including breakdowns, installations, maintenance, fault-finding, and technical support for industrial machinery and systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is safety-focused, technically capable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend breakdowns and carry out maintenance, installation, and repair work on industrial electrical systems and equipmentDiagnose faults and implement effective solutions in a timely mannerDeliver project work across a range of industrial environmentsProvide technical support for critical industrial machinery and systemsCommunicate professionally with customers, clients, and internal team membersWork independently or collaboratively depending on project requirementsEnsure all electrical work is completed in accordance with safety standards, regulations, and company proceduresMaintain accurate records of work completed, including service and maintenance documentationContribute to a team culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Essential Skills, Experience and RequirementsCurrent A Grade Electrical LicenceValid Australian driver licenceExperience in the industrial electrical industryFault-finding and problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong communication and customer service skillsCommitment to workplace health and safetyWillingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to team success
Highly RegardedExperience with AutoCAD ElectricalKnowledge of PLC systemsExperience with VSD drivesExposure to automation, robotics, or machine safety systems
