About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and confident communications professional who can lead, high profile initiatives and build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
In this impactful role you will lead the CFA's statewide fire safety campaigns, including the annual summer fire safety campaign and Get Fire Ready initiative, driving community understanding and behavioural change. You will lead the design and delivery, provide specialist advice, build strong internal and external partnerships, manage funding obligations and reporting, and develop the CFA Campaigns Strategy, policies and standards.
The successful candidate will bring experience delivering large-scale, evidence-based campaigns, strong stakeholder management, complex problem-solving and compelling communication skills.
