Lobby Bar - Located in the heart of the hotel, Lobby Lounge offers a place for old friends and new to connect and relax. This venue is an intimate, casual and elegant space, which pays homage to the harbour side location of the hotel.

Available Roles:

Bartenders – Confident in cocktail craft and premium spirits, with a passion for mixology and storytelling behind the bar

Bar Backs – Quick on your feet, eager to learn, and ready to support a high-performing bar team? We’re looking for the MVPs behind the scenes.

Baristas - making all types of coffee in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the standard & accuracy of the coffees throughout shift.

Our ideal candidate will:

· Previous experience in a similar premium environment

· Established Bartending and barista skills

· A professional demeanour, with a customer centric work ethic

· An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment

· Excellent presentation and grooming

· Can work both autonomously and collaboratively

· Full working rights in Australia, with Availability to work a flexible roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts)

· A current NSW RSA
