About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Mining Solutions Manager to drive the adoption of Micromine Advance across underground mining operations in the APAC region.

This is a highly engaging, customer-facing role suited to a mining engineer who enjoys blending technical expertise with commercial impact. You’ll work directly with mining customers to understand their planning and scheduling challenges, translating these into practical, value-driven solutions using Advance.

• Engage with underground mining customers to understand planning and scheduling challenges
• Translate operational requirements into Advance-based solutions and workflows
• Lead technical discovery sessions and define use cases and success criteria
• Deliver tailored demonstrations using customer data
• Design and execute Proof of Value engagements

About You

You’re a mining professional who understands underground planning workflows and enjoys working closely with customers to solve real operational challenges.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Strong experience in underground mine planning, scheduling, or technical services
• Strong understanding of underground planning and scheduling workflows
• Experience with mine planning software (e.g. Advance, Deswik, Datamine or similar)
• Ability to translate technical challenges into practical software solutions
