Project Coordinator / Service Delivery Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Coordinator / Service Delivery Coordinator to manage our customer experience end-to-end—from initial inquiry through to successful project completion. In this role, you will act as the central operational engine of our business. You will oversee workflow between our estimation team and our on-site installation crews, ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, defect-free, and aligned with financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients, keeping them informed and satisfied at every stage of the project.

• Collaborate with our estimation team to ensure accurate, timely quotes, costings, and job packs.

• Coordinate on-site installation teams, managing schedules, site access, and material availability.

• Maintain strict quality oversight to ensure works are completed defect-free and meet relevant commercial safety and industry standards.

• Track project margins, timelines, and resources to ensure jobs stay profitable and on track.

About you

• Experience in construction, sub-trades, or commercial project coordination (fencing industry experience is a major plus).

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, remote team members, and on-site contractors.

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
