The Opportunity  

Join a growing national Bid Support team that plays a critical role in securing some of the Pacific region's most significant government, infrastructure, and commercial projects. Working alongside experienced Business Leaders and key stakeholders, you will coordinate high-profile tenders and submissions across sectors including transport, defence, education, health, residential, property and energy infrastructure.

This role can be based in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane or Melbourne. 

 Key Responsibilities  

• Coordinate end-to-end bid and tender activities, supporting Business Leaders throughout the bid lifecycle to ensure submissions are delivered on time, compliant and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage bid schedules, key milestones, deliverables and action tracking across multiple concurrent pursuits, proactively identifying and escalating risks where required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical specialists and joint venture partners to gather, review and refine submission content, ensuring all contributions are received within agreed timeframes.
• Conduct client, market and competitor research to inform win strategies and identify key risks and opportunities.
• Review, proofread and format bid documentation, including CVs, graphics and supporting collateral, ensuring consistency, accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
• Manage document control, submission portals and final bid lodgement activities for complex tender submissions.
• Ensure all submissions comply with internal governance requirements, approval processes and client specifications.
• Contribute to lessons learnt, continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice bid processes to improve submission quality and win rates.

About You  

• Proven experience in bid coordination, proposals or tenders, with at least 5 years' experience supporting complex submissions.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tender requirements.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
•  A confident communicator who can build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Strong writing, editing and document management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables and confidently manage bid activities when required.
• Experience within infrastructure, engineering, construction, property or related sectors will be highly regarded.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems, with experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality submissions that help win work.
