Maxxia is part of the McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMSG), Australia's largest provider of salary packaging and novated leasing, and collectively we provide expertise in novated leasing, salary packaging, associated Fringe Benefits Tax administration and management, operating leases and asset management for ‘tool of trade’ vehicles and other business assets, retail finance, insurance and warranty.
As the Settlements Coordinator you will play a critical within our business. You will be responsible for all aspects of credit approval, generating lease documents, checking files, coordinating settlements and providing support to Leasing Consultants. You will also be a single point of contact for the clients in your portfolio throughout the settlement process providing them, and internal stakeholders, with feedback and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing applicable client, financial, employer documentation in order for settlement, such as Finance Applications; Ordering Cars; Settling Client Leases; Contracting Settlements.
Generation of settlement packs and managing external financiers.
Guiding clients through the settlement process.
Liaising with clients in relation to their proposal and lease documents.
Managing relationships and expediting the return of necessary documents.

High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of tasks, information and activities and show high level attention to detail.
Knowledge of salary packaging administration or fleet management highly regarded
