Property Lawyer - Associate/Senior Associate

Royer Mace Lawyers is a growing Sydney CBD law firm recognised for providing practical, commercial and high-quality legal advice. We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer (Associate to Senior Associate) to join our team.

You will manage your own files while working closely with the Principal on a broad range of property and commercial matters, including:

• Residential and commercial conveyancing;

• Off-the-plan transactions;

• Commercial and retail leasing;

• Property development matters;

• Strata and community title matters;

• Sale and purchase of businesses;

• Property and commercial disputes; and

• Range of other matters

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have approximately 3–7+ years PAE (Associate to Senior Associate level) (prefer to have interstate experience but not essential);

• Have strong experience in property law and conveyancing;

• Be capable of managing matters with minimal supervision;

• Possess excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills;

• Be commercially minded, client-focused and solutions driven;

• Speak a language asides from English (preferred but not essential)
