Experienced educator qualities we are looking for:

• a positive, bubbly and patient individual who is committed to being a positive role model for children

• confidence with leading a room (3-5 years)

• confidence with building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and team members

• excellent communication skills - verbal and written

• strong knowledge and understanding / practice of the EYLF

• knowledge and understanding of programming and planning in accordance to developmental milestones

• knowledge and understanding of inclusive practices

• eagerness to lead a room and implement school readiness routine and experiences for children

• ability to create quality learning experiences for children

• ideal candidate will have had previous leadership experience and open to a room leader role

ECT qualities we are looking for:

• experience with implementing and leading an early childhood program

• strong knowledge and understanding of the Developmental Milestones for children

• experience with supporting and mentoring educators in a positive and proactive way

• confidence in partnering with families to better support a child's learning journey

• availability to work in direct contact with children (preschool room)
