We're opening the doors to our brand-new early childhood service. We have beautiful new spaces, big dreams and a LOT of plans.

We're creating the kind of early learning service we know children, families and educators deserve.

PAID PROGRAMMING TIME (IN THE CENTRE OR AT HOME)

Let's be honest... programming time has a habit of disappearing. Someone calls in sick, the room needs extra hands, and suddenly your carefully planned hour is gone. We get it. That's why, when needed, we offer paid programming time at home, because if you're working, you deserve to be paid for it. 

SIMPLIFIED DOCUMENTATION & PLANNING

We're saying goodbye to documentation for documentation's sake. Thoughtful, meaningful planning that supports children's learning is the goal, not endless checklists and observation quotas.

WE'RE PROUDLY KEEPING CHILDHOOD OFFLINE

We'd rather be making memories with children than spending the day attached to an iPad.

ABOVE-RATIO STAFFING

Because we all know minimum ratios don't always feel like enough.

No one is left alone with 4 babies... because honestly, who decided that sounded reasonable? 😂

FLEXIBLE SHIFTS

We employ human beings, not robots.

You have families, appointments, school drop-offs, commitments and a life outside of work. While we still have a service to run, we'll always do our best to work with you wherever we reasonably can.

NO CORPORATE HIERARCHY

No head office making decisions about children they've never met.

No top-down management that forgets what it's actually like to work in a room.

Just approachable leadership who know your name, value your ideas and are there to support you, not break your spirit.
