Warehouse Junior

About the role

Join BrandLink Pty Ltd, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider working with some of Australia’s most recognised retail and consumer brands.

We require a motivated and self-driven person to fill a junior warehouse operator role in a busy 3PL Warehouse. The role can be of a physical nature with manual lifting required, so a person with good levels of energy and fitness is required.

No experience? No problem! We’ll train you in every part of warehouse operations so you can grow into a true warehouse superstar.

What you’ll learn and do:

• Assist with receiving goods, unloading deliveries, and checking packaging.

• Help put stock away in the correct locations.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Liaising with team leads as to priorities

• Erecting cartons and filling pick trolleys to order. Ensure cartons are always ready for pick team

• Waste recovery of used cardboard to be used as carton fill

• Perform manual handling tasks including lifting, stacking, wrapping etc.

• General house keeping to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse aisles and pick faces

• Assist where required with other warehouse tasks

About you

• Energetic and motivated

• Physically fit with stamina to perform manual labour

• Good communication skills, ask questions to clarify what is needed

• Self driven and willingness to take on new tasks

• Adaptable and flexible across a range of duties

• Positive attitude with ability to work unsupervised when necessary

• Teamwork. Supporting the needs of the team around you

• Comfortable working with computers and technology

• Reliable and Punctual
