Aged Care Worker | Gold Coast South

We are currently looking for compassionate and dependable Aged Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis across the Gold Coast South region.

As an Aged Care Worker, you'll play an important part in supporting clients to live safely and confidently at home. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Assisting with meal preparation and everyday living activities
• Offering companionship, social interaction, and emotional support
• Helping with light domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and household upkeep
• Following individualised care plans and maintaining accurate care records
• Working closely with our supportive team to deliver high-quality client outcomes

We're seeking individuals who are caring, professional, and committed to providing exceptional support. Ideally, you'll bring:

• A genuine passion for helping older people maintain their independence
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The confidence to work independently in clients' homes
• The flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or be currently studying Nursing or a related health qualification
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• A National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Full Australian working rights
