About the role
Patchett's Pies is looking for a bakery manager to run our wholesale bakery at Mascot. We are a premium bakery servicing food service and retail markets in NSW. Our products are made fresh daily.
We are looking for someone who is confident, upbeat and has the following:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing a team of 14 staff whilst maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
It is very much a hands on position.
Experience in cooking a variety of pie fillings, making doughs, working on a sheeter and baking.
Proven ability in rostering staff, cost control, monitoring stock and wastage and quality control.
Good knowledge of HACCP and OH&S procedures is essential.
This position offers excellent working hours(Monday to Friday), 5.30am start and a spot to park your car !
