What's the role about?

This role is all about supporting the planning and delivery of marketing activities that connect people with the services and support offered by MS Plus.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll work across a broad range of marketing activities including content creation, social media management, community engagement, local area marketing, campaign coordination, marketing collateral, media support and day-to-day marketing administration.

You'll help coordinate marketing campaigns across our allied health, accommodation, employment, and wellbeing programs, while supporting performance marketing initiatives, reporting against team KPIs and ensuring our brand remains engaging, consistent and impactful across every touchpoint.

Your responsibilities

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the successful delivery of marketing activities across MS Plus by:

• Coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Creating engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing and promotional materials.
• Scheduling and managing organic social media content while supporting community engagement.
• Monitoring and responding to Google Reviews and shared marketing enquiries.
• Coordinating marketing collateral, promotional materials and identifying media opportunities.
• Managing the shared marketing inbox and triaging requests across the organisation.
• Supporting local area marketing initiatives, campaigns and organisational events.
• Researching social talent, user-generated content and marketing opportunities.
• Assisting with campaign reporting, KPI tracking and performance marketing activities.
• Maintaining marketing assets, databases and administrative records.
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners to deliver marketing projects.

Skills and experience

Essential

• 2–3 years' experience in a marketing, digital marketing or marketing coordination role.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating engaging content across social media, websites and email marketing.
• Experience managing organic social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Effective copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience using Canva (or similar) to create digital content and marketing collateral.
• Experience updating website content using a CMS such as Craft and WordPress.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.

Desirable

• Interest in health, disability, community services or the not-for-profit sector.
• Experience using Salesforce and Campaign Monitor.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and digital advertising platforms.
• Exposure to Google Tag Manager or Google Search Console.

One more thing

Successful candidates will need to complete a National Police Check (and where applicable an International Police Check), Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
