YOMG Multi-Site Manager

YOMG is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Multi-Site Manager to lead several of our Victorian venues.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who knows how to bring out the best in people, build strong teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences—every shift, at every store.

About the role

As a YOMG Multi-Site Manager, you’ll oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of multiple venues. Working closely with our Département Managers, State Manager and Head Office team, you’ll ensure every store operates smoothly, consistently and in true YOMG style.

You’ll be visible in our venues, supporting teams on the floor, developing leaders and driving performance across service, food quality, sales and operational standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead, coach and mentor Managers and their teams
• Create consistently exceptional guest experiences across every venue
• Oversee store operations and maintain YOMG’s quality, service and presentation standards
• Monitor sales, labour, budgets and cost-control performance
• Implement and maintain effective operational systems and procedures
• Conduct regular site visits to support leadership, training and continuous improvement
• Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing teams
• Oversee stock management, ordering and food-safety compliance
• Deliver brand initiatives, promotions and local community engagement
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies
• Build a positive, accountable culture that reflects YOMG’s values
• Work closely with—and report to—the State Manager and YOMG Head Office

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Site Manager within hospitality or quick-service restaurants
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire diverse teams
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
• A genuine passion for great food, excellent service and memorable guest experiences
• Proven experience analysing performance data, managing budgets and driving sales growth
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be present at store level
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays when required
