Above All Electrics Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team on a full-time basis in Ballarat, VIC. Key responsibilities

1. Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components in residential and commercial settings

2. Conduct electrical inspections and testing to identify faults, safety hazards, and areas requiring maintenance

3. Troubleshoot electrical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment, providing efficient solutions

4. Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations

5. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to maximise longevity and minimise downtime

6. Communicate effectively with clients, and other employees

7. Maintain accurate records of work completed through use of phone app and time spent on each job

8. Assist with the training and mentoring of apprentices

9. Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times

10. Be willing to learn new skills and complete tasks on your own

What we're looking for

1. Current electrical trade qualification recognised in Victoria (Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent)

2. Proven experience working as an electrician in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments

3. Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, safety standards, and workplace health and safety regulations

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

6. Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach to all tasks

7. A valid driver's licence
